How to solve Rubik's cube

Step 1:- Solve the white cross

Solve the white cross, with both matching colours, and put it to the bottom.

Step 2 :- Solve the white corners

Bring the white cross to the bottom. Match the corner piece which has all the three colors (with white as one of them) and place it in the top right corner. Now, apply this formula till that corner piece sets with the white bottom corner layer.

Now, repeat this for the other corner pieces.

Step 3 :- Solve the second layer

Now, match the edges, which match the 2 colors and see if that edge piece has to goto left or right and accordingly apply the below formula:-

Step 4 :- Solve the Yellow Cross

Step 5 :- Solve the Yellow Edges

Now solve the yellow edges to match its colours.

Step 6 :- Place the yellow corners in its place

Step 7:- Match the yellow corners and solve the cube

‘OUR’ Thoughts

After a few years of marriage, when a husband says to his wife that the thought process of your parents are not matching with ‘OUR’ thoughts, is he even trying to think for a second here, on the struggle that the wife would have undergone to change the way she is thinking now!!!!

She is the one...

You have full liberty on her... You take her for granted...You scold her... You shout at her... You have left her behind at many occasions... 

If you are down with energy you turn to her... If you are full on energy you turn to someone else and she is happy to see that you are having a good time... 

You don't hug her... You don't kiss her on a daily basis... You don't spend solid time with her always... You don't cook for her daily... You are not with her in her place...

Yet...

She is always there for you ... And you know that for sure... That is Mom...

And my Mom is THE one who is my GOTO person, irrespective of what I have done to her... I LOVE HER the most...

Agile Metrics

• Lead Time Trend – Measure of how many days it takes a new request to get all the way through to delivery.  Team and Manager by team and train, AOP product, IT product attributes  - Need to know how to collate this data from JIRA
• Cycle Time – Measure of how many days it takes a request to get through delivery once committed. We have taken the count of sprints taken per feature in platform .
• Story Churn – Number of stories that are added, removed during a sprint.  Leading indicator to program predictability.   This was taken from the sprint report , to check if there were any story additions/removal
• Say Do Ratio – Number of committed stories completed in a sprint.   Taken from the Sprint velocity and Sprint report .
• Velocity Volatility – Reflects rate of variance and predictability of the team.  Took the details for the sprints during the mentioned period
• Technical Debt – Want teams to identify tech debt.  Tracking debt at the end of each sprint. We have the existing production issues tracking   as part of platform, which will be used for technical debt
• Team Experiments – Want teams to experiment.  Tracking experiments at the end of each sprint.  Need to know how to collate this data from JIRA
• Sprint Velocity
• Percentage Stories released to Production
• Adherence to Definition of Done
• Team Happiness Index

2 year old Celebrity - Sujith Wilson

No Matter at what age you died. All that matters is what you have done to this world before you die. At this toddler age of 2, you have gained the prayers and goodness of so many people around the world. There was not a single soul who did not pray for you. From the PM to a layman in this country, you have dragged all their attention towards you. You are already a celebrity... I am sure if you had survived, people would not have let you live your life...so that is probably the reason God snatched you away... And you didn't go just like that... You have made hundreds and thousands of people to start thinking ... I am sure there is soon going to be an innovation in this field and that is what even you want...afterall you left this world only to kindle that innovative thought...RIP Sujith Wilson

Waiting Game

When you know its hardly going to be a week before your little one steps into this world, can you imagine the amount of emotions that would run through your mind!
God's play is such that we have to play this waiting game as no one knows the exact date and time of the arrival of the little one...On top of that, if you have an elder one at home, then the excitement manifolds multiple times. As a mother, I am too excited to carry my little baby in my hand after about 11 years. I know 11 yrs is a big gap between my two kids, but then this age difference will make no difference when they grow and start sharing stuffs between them.
Whatsoever, right now, I am really really curious to know how my baby is going to look and praying for a smooth and easy delivery. I am curious to know if my baby is going to let me sleep at night ;-)

Learnt it the hard way!!!!

It is enough if you are good and nice to yourself. Learnt the hard way that you cannot be nice to all of them all the time. Even if you try to do good things to people around you, people expect it to be done in their own way and ultimately you end up getting cheated/defeated.

So, better to be good only to yourself and let things happen on its own....

I have experienced this many times, but I chose to ignore this learning and continued to repeat it, irrespective of my husband warning me every time... But whatever happened this time, definitely taught me a good lesson and I have decided not to try to satisfy everyone all the time..!!!!!!!!
