It was Jan 9th when we had packed our bags to goto Chennai (our home where my in-laws stay). Before booking for the cab to goto the station next morning, we wanted to check our tickets to confirm the timing. It came as a shock/surprise to us to see the departure date. It was not 10th Jan, instead it was Jan 11th, the next day. Anyhow, having packed up everything we were kind of relaxed and spent a leisure 10th Jan. On the 11th Jan, just boarding into the cab, I enquired the railway enquiry to confirm if the train was on-time. Since it was ontime, we reached to the Nizzamudin station. To our second surprise, we saw that the train has got delayed by 16 hrs and will depart only the next morning, which is on Jan 12th that means it will reach Chennai on the 14th. But actually we had planned for a trip to Tirupathi to worship Lord Balaji on the 13th. So, we decided to take a flight to reach Chennai. Thankfully had a datacard connection in hand and immediately booked the flight tickets for 11th night itself!
